HUGO PLAYING CARDS
This unique deck of playing cards features original illustrations inspired by Crista's dog, Hugo. Each card was hand-drawn using Procreate, blending traditional playing card symmetry with playful, character-rich depictions of Hugo in a variety of poses and expressions. Crista paid close attention to maintaining the mirrored design format typical of standard playing cards, ensuring that each character illustration reads seamlessly from either orientation. The result is a whimsical yet cohesive set that captures Hugo’s personality while honoring the classic aesthetic of a linen-textured card deck.
